Call 800-WESTIN-1 (1-800-937-8461). When registering by phone, be sure to mention the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists' Conference, code ASJ14A, in order to receive the special group rate.
Room rates are $174 per night for single and double occupancy, plus 13% occupancy tax. Reserve your hotel room early! The cut-off date to make reservations is September 22, 2011 or until the group block is sold out.. Reservation requests received after 5:00 p.m. local time in Chicago on the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. An early departure fee of $75.00 will be charged if a guest checks out prior to the reserved checkout date. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay. Any individual cancellations received after 6:00 p.m. the day prior to the arrival date will result in charging the first night's room and tax to the individual's credit card.
Hotel check-in time is 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and check out time is noon on the day of departure. Valet and self-pay parking is available on-site.
The Westin O'Hare is just five minutes (and a complimentary hotel shuttle ride from O'Hare International Airport and just 15 miles from Midway Airport. The hotel is located 16 miles from downtown Chicago. The Westin's O'Hare Airport Shuttle hours are 5:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.
On-site hotel services and accommodations include a business center and related services, pool and spa facilities, and racquetball courts. Nearby golf courses and tennis courts are available. On-site dining and attractions include a coffee and pastry café, a sports bar, a continental bistro restaurant, and a cigar lounge and bar. Airline and Car Rental Discounts
ATC is the official travel agency for the conference. ATC offers the following:
- 5% off applicable classes of service for tickets purchased more than 30 days prior to the meeting. Restrictions apply and not all classes of service apply for the 5% discount. (United Airlines).
- 5% off applicable classes of service for tickets purchased prior to the meeting. (American Airlines).
- Discounted conference car rental rates. (Hertz and Enterprise)
