NursesThe Oncology Nursing Society’s (ONS) Approver Unit has approved
this educational activity for 1.2 contact hours through July 7,
2004. ONS is accredited as an approver of continuing education by
the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. PhysiciansThis activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of the Academy of Medicine of New Jersey and the American Society of Health System Pharmacists. The Academy of Medicine of New Jersey is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medial education for physicians. The Academy of Medicine of New Jersey designates this continuing medical education activity for a maximum of 1 hour per teleconference in category 1 credit towards the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award. Each physician should claim only the hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity. |

American Society of Health-System Pharmacists is approved by the
American Council on Pharmaceutical Education as a provider of continuing
pharmaceutical education. The program provides 1.0 hours (0.1 CEUs)
of continuing education credit (program number 204-000-02-410-L01).
Official certificates of continuing education will be mailed to
attendees after the program.  |
