Continuing Education

The American Society of Health-System Pharmacists is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. Target Audience

This symposium was planned to meet the needs of practitioners, scientists, educators, administrators, students, residents, fellows, and others committed to excellence in clinical pharmacy and patient pharmacotherapy. The program would be beneficial for those who treat, instruct, or otherwise participate in the care of patients who are at risk for developing venous thromboembolism and manage the treatment of patients with acute coronary syndrome.
