CONTINUING EDUCATION

The American Society of Health-System Pharmacists is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmaceutical education.  The program provides 3.0 hours (0.3 CEUs) of continuing education credit.  Official certificates of continuing education will be mailed to attendees after the program.  The official program number is 204-000-07-436-L04.  Attendees must complete a Continuing Pharmaceutical Education Request online and may immediately print their official ASHP CE statements at the ASHP Advantage Processing Center at www.ashpadvantage.com.
