Overview
This educational initiative focuses on considerations in outsourcing compounded sterile preparations. Pharmacists must take into account several factors when evaluating whether or not to pursue outsourcing, as well as when obtaining and overseeing these services. In this series, the faculty will provide practical tips for pharmacists involved in outsourcing sterile compounding services.

Educational Activities
Choose from among the following continuing pharmacy education (CPE) opportunities to expand your knowledge of outsourcing sterile compounding services, as well as to learn tips for incorporating that knowledge into practice.

Web-based Activity

Captures the presentations from the live symposium for those unable to attend the ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting and is approved for 2 hours of CPE (Individuals claiming CPE credit for the live symposium are ineligible to claim credit for this activity).
