Registration for the ASHP Leaders Conference and for the Managers' Boot Camp are full to capacity, and unfortunately we are unable to accept additional registrations. Thank you for your interest in this conference.

Cancellations
For a full refund, confirmed registrations must be cancelled in writing on or before September 19, 2008 (postmark or fax date). Written cancellations postmarked or faxed September 20 through October 18 will be subject to a $50 handling fee. Refunds will be issued only for cancellations postmarked or faxed on or before October 18, 2008.

Payments to ASHP are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. However, they may be deductible under other provisions of the Internal Revenue Code.
