or - Call 800-WESTIN-1 (1-800-937-8461). When registering by phone, be sure to mention the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists’ conference, code ASJ16A, in order to receive the special group rate.
Room rates are $195 per night for single and double occupancy, plus 13% occupancy tax. To ensure this rate and availability, reservations must be made by September 23, 2008. Reservation requests received after 5:00 p.m. local time in Chicago on the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.
Hotel check-in time is 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and check-out time is noon on the day of departure. Valet and self-pay parking is available on-site.
The Westin O’Hare is just five minutes (and a complimentary hotel shuttle ride) from O'Hare International Airport and just 15 miles from Midway Airport. The hotel is located 16 miles from downtown Chicago. Airport shuttle hours are 5:00 a.m. – midnight. Shuttles depart the main entrance of the Westin O’Hare every 20 minutes beginning on the hour. Hotel shuttles depart from O’Hare International Airport 15, 35, and 55 minutes past the hour.
On-site hotel services and accommodations include a business center and related services, pool and spa facilities, and racquetball courts. Nearby golf courses and tennis courts are available. On-site dining and attractions include a coffee and pastry café, a sports bar, a continental bistro restaurant, and a cigar lounge and bar. Shuttle Information
For your convenience, on Monday evening shuttle buses will provide transportation to restaurants in the Rosemont area. Attendees who are planning to go to Rosemont for dinner are encouraged to make restaurant reservations early.
