Susan Goodin, Pharm.D., BCOP, is a Professor of Medicine in the Division of Medical Oncology at the UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, New Jersey, as well as Associate Director, Clinical Trials and Therapeutics and Director, Division of Pharmaceutical Sciences at The Cancer Institute of New Jersey, also in New Brunswick. She is also Adjunct Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice and Administration at Rutgers University College of Pharmacy in Piscataway, New Jersey.
After earning her doctorate in pharmacy from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy in Lexington, Dr. Goodin completed a pharmacy practice residency at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington and oncology pharmacy at the Lucille P. Markey Cancer Center in conjunction with the University of Kentucky Medical Center. She is a board-certified oncology pharmacist (BCOP) and a Fellow of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (FCCP).
Dr. Goodin is a member of several professional societies, including the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP), for which she recently served as Chair for the ASHP Section of Clinical Specialists and Scientists; the American College of Clinical Pharmacy; the American Society of Clinical Oncology; the Hematology Oncology Pharmacy Association; and the International Society of Oncology Pharmacy Practitioners. Currently, she serves on the executive committee of the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties. An active researcher and clinician, she has given many presentations throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe and her work has appeared in journals such as the American Journal of Health-System Pharmacy, The Oncologist, Journal of Clinical Oncology, Journal of the American Pharmacists Association, and Cancer, to name a few. She recently was recognized by her colleagues for her administrative, research and clinical leadership at The Cancer Institute of New Jersey with the 2007 Award of Hope for Leadership in Patient Care Award.

Bill Felkey, M.S., is Professor Emeritus of healthcare informatics at Auburn University’s Harrison School of Pharmacy. He received his B.A. degree in Psychology and Communication from the University of Maine and his M.S. in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University. His research interests focus on creation of knowledge bases and the use of advanced technology in healthcare.
Mr. Felkey is the founding editor of Computer Medicine for the Hospital Pharmacist. From a list of over a dozen awards in 1992, he was the winner of the International Interactive Communication Society Best Interactive Program for his program “About Your Diabetes.” He co-developed PHOCUST (Pharmacist Opportunities in Compliance Using Skills Training), which received the H.A.B. Dunning Award in 1993, presented by the American Pharmaceutical Association. His other professional accomplishments include being selected as Most Outstanding Faculty Member of the Auburn University School of Pharmacy in 1996 and the Auburn University Outreach Award for Excellence in 1997. In 2005, he was voted the favorite seminar speaker in the country in a national survey conducted by Drug Topics.
Mr. Felkey has delivered and published over 1,200 papers and presentations on the topics of computers, health system informatics, community pharmacy practice, management, and technology issues in pharmacy.

Dr. Ginny Barnes is the President of G. B. Communications Inc. a training and consulting company in Columbia, Missouri and is the author of "Successful Negotiations: Letting the Other Person Have Your Way". She is the recent recipient of the Telly Award for her video on diversity entitled: "Can You See Me Now?".
As an education and corporate consultant, Ginny has focused her expertise on issues of stress management, negotiations, conflict, diversity and communications. She travels the United States discussing her current research and helps government, churches, colleges, universities and corporate clients prepare for and produce high performing employees.
Dr. Barnes is former teacher and administrator at the University of Missouri. She has an A.B. from Georgia State University, an M.A. from Purdue University, and her Ed.D. from Oklahoma State University. Now retired from the university, Dr. Barnes is pastor of Woodlanville United Methodist Church and she resides in Columbia, Missouri with her husband, Dr. Terry Barnes. They have five adult children and three grandchildren. |
