Continuing Pharmacy Education Information

	The American Society of Health-System Pharmacists is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. This activity provides a total of 3 hours (0.3 CEUs) of continuing pharmacy education credit (ACPE activity # 204-000-09-428-L04P and activity # 204-000-09-429-L04P). Each individual presentation is designated for 1.5 hours (.15 CEUs). Attendees should only claim credit for the amount of time they participate in the activity.
Attendees must complete a Continuing Pharmacy Education Request online and may immediately print their ASHP CPE statements at the ASHP Learning Center at http://ce.ashp.org following the activity.
Target Audience This conference was planned to meet the needs of pharmacy residents in a variety of health systems. The presentations will be beneficial for new practitioners completing advanced training who are in need of skills and knowledge to supplement their clinical and administrative pharmacy experience.
