Hotel Reservations

A room block has been reserved at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis for conference attendees. The group rate is $179 (single/double) per night, plus tax. Please refer to the Minority Health Conference when calling the hotel for reservations.

Reservations must be made directly with the hotel no later than April 21, 2008, to ensure availability and to receive the conference room rate. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit.

Association Travel Concepts (ATC) is the official travel agency for the conference. ATC offers the following cost saving options:

AIRLINE DISCOUNTS

• Up to 15% off applicable classes of service for tickets purchased more than 30 days prior to the meeting. Restrictions apply and not all classes of service apply for the 15% discount. (United)
• 5% off applicable classes of service for tickets purchased prior to the meeting. (American Airlines).
• ATC will also search for the lowest available fare on ANY airline.
  

CAR DISCOUNTS

• Discounted conference rates (Avis & Enterprise).
