Thank you for your interest in the 2008 ABHP Minority Health Conference. This section will provide all of the information you will need to manage your exhibit space at the conference, as well as contact information if you are interested in supporting the meeting in other ways.

Important Dates:
February 15, 2008 - Exhibitor's Service Kit becomes available
March 3, 2008 - Balances due on all exhibit space
April 15, 2008 - Deadline for personnel changes for booth space
April 21, 2008 - Deadline for hotel reservations as part of the meeting room block

Reserve Your Exhibit Space
To reserve exhibit space, familiarize yourself with the rules and regulations, exhibit hours, and other space assignment details.

Once you have reviewed the floor plan, indicate your space preferences on your contract for exhibit space. Be sure to indicate your product line on your contract to help us educate attendees about your products and services. The cost of booth space is $950 for commercial exhibitors and $650 for non-profit organizations. A deposit of at least fifty percent (50%) of the rental for booth space(s) requested must accompany your contract. The deposit is non-refundable. The balance of the booth rental must be paid by March 3, 2008, at which time all payments are non-refundable. The names of all exhibitors registered by March 3, 2008, will be published in the meeting program book. The names of exhibitors whose contracts are submitted after this date will be published online.

Educational Symposia
There are opportunities to provide an unrestricted educational grant to conduct a symposium as part of the core educational programming during the conference. ASHP Advantage, a business unit of ASHP, offers a full range of services for industry clients is working collaboratively with ABHP to conduct this conference. ASHP Advantage can provide “turn key” services from educational program development to CE accreditation for pharmacists, nurses, and other health care professionals.
