Online registration for the Minority Health Conference is now closed.
Please visit the registration desk at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis to register on site at the conference. The registration desk will be open the following hours:

Friday, May 16 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Saturday, May 17 7:00 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
Sunday, May 18 7:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Please Note:  Payments to ASHP are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.  However, they may be deductible under other provisions of the Internal Revenue Code.  Only additional donations to the ASHP Research and Education foundation are tax deductible.

Confirmations
Upon receipt of your registration and payment, ASHP will send you a meeting confirmation.  Please check your confirmation to verify all of the activities for which you have registered.

Please see table below for registration fees by category.  Pre-registration is strongly advised, although you can register on-site.  The registration fee includes attendance at all continuing education sessions, official meal functions, refreshment breaks, professional exhibits, and course materials.

Cancellations

To receive a full refund, confirmed registrations must be cancelled in writing on or before May 6, 2008 (postmark or fax date). Written cancellations postmarked or faxed May 7-through May 15, 2008 will be subject to a $50 handling fee. Refunds will be issued only for cancellations postmarked or faxed on or before May 16, 2008.
